The honey is supplied from domestic beekeepers and international honey collectors located in North America, Mexico, South America, and Southeast Asia. All Raw honey is received, sampled and subsequently quality tested before use. In order to pack a USDA Grade A approved and shelf-stable product that achieves our customers’ stringent quality specifications, we gently heat the product before blending and packing. Our honey is heated in order to properly pressure filter all foreign matter out, melt honey crystals and to maintain low microbiological profiles. After the honey is filtered, each customer order is carefully blended to achieve the specified color, flavor, micro level, and moisture content. If the honey fails to meet these requirements, it is rejected by our quality assurance department and pulled from production.
